"Full Members" are members of the TTIA holding a degree approved by the Institute or who are persons admitted Full before 26th October 1967(*). This class of Membership shall be open to citizens and permanent residents of Trinidad and Tobago as well as CARICOM Nationals. Only Full Members may vote or hold office. (*) Members accepted under the Grandfather Clause.
